In his current roles, Dr. Pai serves as the Regional Trustee for Asia Oceania at the International Federation of Gynaecology & Obstetrics (FIGO), where he contributes to shaping global initiatives in women's health. As the Immediate Past President of the Federation of Obstetric & Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI), Dr. Pai's leadership has played a pivotal role in advancing maternal and infant health in India.

Dr. Pai's entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to advancing fertility care are evident in his role as the Founder & Medical Director of the Bloom IVF Group, overseeing 11 IVF centres across India. Additionally, his tenure as the Honorary Professor of Reproductive Medicine at D Y Patil University, Navi Mumbai, reflects his commitment to education and mentorship in the field.

A staunch advocate for maternal and reproductive health, Dr. Pai leads the FOGSI Manyata Project, a collaborative initiative aimed at reducing maternal and infant mortality in India.

Dr. Pai's multifaceted expertise is underscored by his editorial roles in prestigious medical journals, including the Indian edition of the British Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (BJOG) and Global Reproductive Health. As a respected clinician, Dr. Pai heads IVF units at renowned institutions such as Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai and Fortis La Femme Hospital in New Delhi, where he continues to pioneer advancements in fertility treatment.

In recognition of his exemplary contributions, Dr. Pai has held past leadership positions in professional organisations such as FOGSI, the Indian Society of Assisted Reproduction (ISAR), and the Indian Association of Gynaecological Endoscopists (IAGE). His dedication to education and research is further evidenced by his roles as a visiting professor, adjunct assistant professor, and founder chair of the Indian SIG American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).

Prof. Hrishikesh Pai is the Trustee, FIGO International Federation of Gynaecology and Obstetrics (Asia-Oceania) as well as Group / Society Liaison – FIGO Women’s Cancer Committee
He is the Imm. Past President of Federation of Obstetric & Gynaecological Societies of India FOGSI 2023 and he is the Professor of Reproductive Medicine at DY Patil University, Navi Mumbai, India
He is the Medical Director of the Bloom IVF Group with 11 IVF Centres spread across India
He is the Steering Committee Member for WHO Global Summit on PPH and Sub-Committee Co-Lead for Innovation Equity Forum floated by Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation & National Institute of Health NIH, USA
He has also been the past President of Indian Association of Gynaecological Association, popularly called as IAGE with a membership of 5000+ members and has the unique distinction of introducing office hysteroscopy in India
